Overview The MEYCO GM is a shotcreting machine for processing dry mix which works according to the now very widely used rotor principle. The first MEYCO GM built in 1957 was the trendsetter for spraying machines (introduction of the rotor principle). It is robust, requires little maintenance and is simple to operate. It is a larger version of the MEYCO Piccola. Characteristics Characteristics The MEYCO GM is of very robust and simple design. Exchanging wear parts or converting the machine to other outputs can be done without special technical know-how. Down-times and long waiting periods are eliminated. It has a single spindle clamping system and the outlet assembly can be removed and refitted within seconds. Pneumatic tyres with guide fork and towbar assure optimum manoeuvrability. The MEYCO GM is simple, almost fool-proof in operation and it's design guarantees it a long life. Applications The MEYCO GM is used for processing shotcrete or gunite, and for the conveyance of all types dry materials such as gravel, a special nozzle head allows the pouring of concrete. Whenever large quantities of dry shotcrete are required, then the MEYCO GM is the most suitable machine. Shotcrete applications for the MEYCO GM include tunnelling, gallery work, slope protection, large area repairs, even construction of swimming pools and houses are all possibilities for the MEYCO GM. |
