Overview

The MEYCO Mixa is a dosing pump unit for liquid admixtures. It is a hose pump and is of a very robust construction and completely mounted with a solid steel frame and cover. It can be used in either the dry or wet spraying system.

Characteristics

The MEYCO Mixa is specially designed for the processing of liquid, alkali-free accelerators, but can equally be used for other types of liquid admixtures. The volume of additive delivered is set with the hand-wheel mounted on the variable drive. The theoretical amount supplied in litres/minute can then be read on the flow indicator. All pump components are made of wear resistant materials, the most important parts are freely accessible and no special technical knowledge is required for operation.

Applications

The MEYCO Mixa can be used on all sites in all situations wherever the dosing of liquid admixtures is required, it is especially suitable for alkali-free accelerators. Accurate and constant dosing in relation to the binder is important to ensure quality in such applications as temporary and permanent rock support and other sprayed concrete applications where high early strengths and large layer thicknesses are required.
