TBM Conference 2010 

All participants of the 2010 TBM Conference are invited to review and download additional documentation like pictures, presentations and written speeches, which you will find in the 'TBM Conference Archive' folder after having logged in.

This year, the 4th annual TBM Conference took place in the shadow of the prestigious Crossrail project in London. In addition to London’s long tunnelling history, its geology and the changes of geotechnical ground properties caused by tunnelling were the key issues addressed.

An international team of prominent experts from construction companies, universities, consultants, machine suppliers and component suppliers discussed topics such as soil conditioning, wear, monitoring, environmental protection and the technical development of tunnel boring machines.

Following the TBM Conference, MEYCO organized a half-day seminar on 29th October specially dedicated to new solutions concerning station construction. These included news and updates from MEYCO Equipment machine construction, injection, sprayable membranes and fire protection measurements.
